I have been a social media marketer going on 3 years. I have been an Internet marketer for over 14. I was a spammer back when that meant entrepreneur. I have always worked hard for what I have and never went to college. I did however tour some colleges just out of high school playing music, so I guess I lived the life without the large loans. I never liked working for other people. I always knew that someone else was making a fortune from my hard labor; I built houses and then sold cars. I do what I love and love what I do! Oh and I love my wife, kids and dogs. Kitty...you're OK I guess...

I found it hard to advertise on Facebook. I put up ads and they were constantly being rejected. they would be approved for one city, I would do the same for another and it would get rejected. I hope things have changed as it was very time consuming
The problem is... Facebook Ads don't work. I've run 4 different campaigns for 4 different clients and the results were not impressive at all. Also, and more importantly, Facebook offers absolutely NO customer support AT ALL. No number to call, just "forums" to look up your problem based on others who have had the same problem. Whether I am going to spend $500 or $5000 on advertising, I want customer service.
That is impressive. Facebook is a new marketing avenue that is still an unknown. Now is the time to advertise on Facebook.
Hey Kyle,
Couldn't agree more.
The ads do work. I'm sure there is a learning curve. Google can't even target market like face book. and people don't hang around google. I can't wait to really learn FB.

I assure you that Facebook ads do work, you just have to know what you are doing. We have gained over 25,000 fans and made many sales using only Facebook ads. However I do agree with you on the customer service issue, but with 500,000,000 users, I suppose they would have to employ the whole state of California just to keep up. I do know that their communication is getting better. They really are trying. What I would do if I were you is scour the help section and see if you can find people with a similar issue. The answers usually are out there if you seek them out. Just try not to get discouraged...
