[HOW TO] Add or Remove fan page admins
There are two ways to add an admin to your Facebook fan page:
1) Directly from your Facebook fan page
- Click the “see all” button located within the box that shows the # of people that like your page. This box is located in the left hand column of your fan page.
- After you click, “see all”, a pop up box will appear that displays all the fans of your page. Your fans will be listed in chronological order, with the last fan to ‘like’ your page listed at the top.
- Next to each persons name, you will see a gray box that says “make admin”. If you click that box, then the person will automatically be added as an admin to your page.
2) Add an admin that you’re “friends” with on FB
- Start on your fan page
- Click “edit page” located directly underneath the profile picture of any fan page you admin
- A new screen will appear, and you will need to click on the link titled, Manage Admins.
- Next, type the name of your “friend” in the box that says “start typing a name or email”
- Select the friend you wish to add once their name/profile appears from the automatically generate search results
- Click “Save Changes”
*There is a third option, but we do not recommended this option (Add an admin via email)
- Start on your fan page
- Click “edit page” located directly underneath the profile picture of any fan page you admin
- A new screen will appear, and you will need to click on the link titled, Manage Admins.
- Next, type the email address that is associated with the personal profile account of the person you wish to add as an admin. You’ll type the email address in the box that says “start typing a name or email”
- We do not recomend this because it requires a confirmation from the person you are adding as an admin. We’ve worked with a lot of people who have added an admin thinking they’ve transferred ownership, removed themselves as an admin, and then the page remains lost without an admin… sometimes forever because it is difficult to contact FB directly for support.

The question is what happens if all admins are deleted from a fanpage. IS there any posibility to become an admin again?and how?

What happens when someone deletes all admins from a page including himself? Its kinda stupid I know but someone did it and he asks me how can he become an admin again?
Hello Orestis, the only way to get admin access is to contact FB directly, and that can be a long process.
I am confused, naming another person as ADMIN, wouldn't that give them control of my page? How would this help my page?
Hey Myrah, you're right... adding someone as an admin to your page will give them the same amount of control as you have. If you're running a one woman business, then it wouldn't make much sense to add another admin. If you hire a key employee, then it would make sense to give them admin access.

Yes you really want to be careful who you allow to be an admin of your page because this does give them control to not only administrate your page, but to potentially remove you as an admin. Just be careful and only add people you know and trust and if in a business environment make sure you get a contract or something legal that proves that you are the sole owner of the page before allowing any additional admins.
