iPad2 App Review: Vodio
(hubze) I’m a sucker for free apps for my iPad2 (aka I’m cheap!) and when I stumble upon a great one I just have to share it!
This app is called Vodio.
*NOTE- In the video above I said go to www.vodio.com but that is incorrect. The actually site is www.vod.io .. My bad!
Basically Vodio is Flipboard with Video. It has got to be one of the MOST amazing apps I’ve used on my iPad2, well minus Angry Birds!
As you can see in the video you can watching videos based on tons of different categories and topics. Be it tech, news, sports, buzz, entertainment, style and more.
No more dicking around YouTube for an hour to find a video that interest you. Now it comes right to you in this app! It also pulls videos from other websites and puts them in the different channels.
I love the ability to share right to Facebook and Twitter as well. The only bummer is now on Facebook when you share via a 3rd party app there is no “Share” link on your post. So your friends will not be able to share it. And you cannot post to a page.
