(hubze) By now you’ve seen and heard of the group called “Anonymous”. They are the guys who have hacked into many prominent sites usually just to make a point. They have released documents from Bank of America with intimate details about transactions and etc. Recently they crashed CBS.com as well.

The group is a major support of the Occupy Movement and are against SOPA. PIPA and ACTA (honestly anyone with a brain should be against these as well!!). Why they wear the creepy masks to hide themselves I don’t know..

The video above surfaced this week from someone claiming to be a part of Anonymous calling on a group effort to take down Facebook. The voice is rather creepy as the user is disguising his/her voice. The video gives instructions on downloading a program and then hitting enter all at the same time at midnight January 28th. Below is a quote from the description of the YouTube video:

My gut tells me that if you download those files you’re likely to get hacked.. Even if you didn’t and somehow this group effort crashed Facebook if you got connected to it you could be charged with a crime. So use your head..

It will be interesting to see if this act is pulled off or not.. I got my clock set to see what happens!
