1. Our commitment
HUBZE wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website and the pages our customers build. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, in line with the Americans with Disabilities Act and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.
2. What we do
- Use clear headings, labels and text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Support keyboard navigation, visible focus outlines and a "Skip to content" link.
- Respect your device's "reduce motion" setting by turning off animations.
- Check color contrast and test on phones, tablets and computers.
- Give customers tools to add alt text and readable layouts to their own pages.
3. Known limits
Some content comes from third parties, such as embedded videos, maps or payment forms, and customer pages may include content we don't control. Some decorative animations and older features may not yet fully meet every guideline. We are working to improve them.
4. Feedback and help
If you have trouble using any part of HUBZE, or need information in another format, email hello@hubze.com with the subject "Accessibility." Tell us the page and the problem, and we will reply within 5 business days and work with you to provide the information or service another way.
