Terms of Service

Effective September 27, 2026

The short version: HUBZE lets you build link pages with QR codes, a CRM and more. You own your content and are responsible for it. Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Don't use HUBZE for anything illegal, harmful or spammy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and HUBZE ("HUBZE," "we," "us") and cover your use of hubze.com, the HUBZE app, and every page published with it (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use HUBZE for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password safe. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • Tell us right away at hello@hubze.com if you think someone accessed your account without permission.

2. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page before you buy.
  • Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account menu under Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • If you change plans, the new price applies from the change. If a payment fails, we may pause publishing on your pages until it's resolved.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next billing period after the notice.
  • Taxes may be added where required.

3. Coupon and free codes

Coupon codes are promotional, have no cash value, and can't be sold or transferred. We may limit, change, or end any code, or any free plan created by one, at any time. We'll give reasonable notice where we can.

4. Teams

If you invite team members, you're responsible for who you invite and what they do on your account. Team members can edit their own page and see their own leads. Removing a team member ends their access. Their page stays under your account.

5. Your content

  • You keep ownership of everything you upload or publish: text, photos, logos, audio, files, listings and so on ("Your Content").
  • You give HUBZE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display and share Your Content only as needed to run and improve the Service, for example showing your page to visitors. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in routine backups for a limited time.
  • You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish, including photos, music, trademarks and other people's names, images and reviews.
  • Pages are public. Anyone with the link or QR code can see them.

6. Leads and visitor information

When visitors fill out forms on your page (contact forms, bookings, event sign-ups, orders), that information goes to you. You're responsible for how you use it and for following the laws that apply to you, including privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing and fair-housing laws. Only contact people in ways they have agreed to.

7. Things you can't do

  • Break any law, or publish content that's fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Impersonate a person or business, or build pages that trick people into giving up passwords or payment details.
  • Send spam, or use HUBZE to spread malware or to collect data without permission.
  • Sell illegal or restricted goods or services.
  • Try to hack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or get around plan limits or security.
  • Resell the Service without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Payments you collect

If you sell through your page with Stripe, PayPal, Square, Shopify or similar tools, those sales are between you and your customers under the provider's terms. HUBZE isn't a party to them and isn't responsible for refunds, chargebacks, delivery or taxes on your sales.

9. Third-party services

The Service connects to other companies' services, such as Stripe, Google, Spotify, YouTube, Zillow and podcast hosts. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.

10. Storage limits

Uploads have size limits, currently 50 MB per file, and we may set reasonable total storage limits. For large files like long podcast episodes, use a hosting service and link or import them.

11. Our rights

HUBZE, our logo, the app, designs and code belong to us. These Terms don't give you any rights to them except to use the Service as offered. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

12. Ending your account

You can stop using HUBZE and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you break these Terms, don't pay, or if we must for legal reasons. When an account ends, your pages go offline, and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that it will meet every need. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Keep your own copies of anything important.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, HUBZE won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold HUBZE harmless from claims, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from Your Content, your use of the Service, how you use leads, or your breaking these Terms or the law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after the change, you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

18. General

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right right away, we haven't given it up. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
