Privacy Policy

The short version: We collect what we need to run your account and your pages. We don't sell your personal information. Card details go to Stripe, not us. Leads from your page belong to you.

This Privacy Policy explains how HUBZE ("we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use hubze.com, the HUBZE app, and pages published with HUBZE (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

From account holders:

  • Account details: name, email, phone number (optional) and password. Passwords are stored securely hashed by our login provider; we can't see them.
  • Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, payment status and a customer ID. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Your content: everything you add to your pages: names, photos, bio, links, listings, audio, files, colors and settings.
  • Team details: emails of team members you invite.
  • Coupon codes you redeem.

From visitors to HUBZE pages:

  • Form submissions: when a visitor fills out a form on someone's page (for example "Want more information?", contact, booking or event sign-up), we store what they submit, such as name, phone, email and message, for the page owner.
  • Technical data: like most websites, our hosting providers automatically log IP address, browser and device type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.

2. How we use information

  • To run the Service: create your account, publish your pages, save your work and deliver leads to you.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To send service emails, such as login confirmations, password resets and team invites.
  • To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To improve features and understand how the Service is used.
  • To follow the law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Page owners and their leads

When a visitor sends information through a HUBZE page, the page owner decides how to use it. For that information, the page owner is responsible for complying with privacy laws, and we act as their service provider. Visitors who want their information removed should contact the page owner. They can also email us and we'll help.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with companies that help us run the Service, under agreements that protect it:

  • Supabase: database, login and file storage
  • Vercel: website hosting
  • Stripe: payments
  • Resend: sending emails
  • Google: fonts, maps and, if you connect them, Google reviews

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people's rights or safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. Your published pages are public by design.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's storage to keep you logged in and to remember your work in progress. We don't use advertising cookies. Embedded content you add to your page, such as YouTube videos, maps or Shopify, may set its own cookies under that company's policy.

6. How long we keep information

We keep account information and content while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your content and pages within a reasonable time, except where we must keep some records for legal, tax or security reasons. Backups are cleared on their normal schedule.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and trusted providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Your choices and rights

  • You can view and edit most of your information in the app at any time.
  • You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing hello@hubze.com.
  • California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to ask us to delete or correct it, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We don't sell or share personal information as defined by California law.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have other rights. Contact us and we'll help.

9. Children

HUBZE isn't for children. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. International users

We're based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the U.S. and other countries. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred there.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect.
